45 min of basic to advance stepping and 10 min of Abs.
Full body strength and conditioning class using tubing, hand weights, and your own body as resistance.
Focuses on self-discipline, physical postures, breath control and concentration. The program will touch on withdrawal of the senses, meditation and state of joy and peace.
Yoga Flow/Yoga Fusion
Strengthen and elongate all of the muscles in your body with this energizing class. Classes will be both challenging and relaxing. You can expect a dynamic strength and flexibility building workout with an emphasis on foundational postures and sun salutations.
