Group Exercise Schedule

All members aged 14 and up, are encouraged to take part in our Group Fitness classes (included in membership and day pass costs), which include Yoga, Cardio Sculpt, and Cycle. We offer over 40 Group Fitness classes every week.

With the nice weather approaching we know that people will start to get their fitness kicks in the fresh air, so you may notice a few less classes on the schedule. Not to worry though, all your favourites will be back in the fall!
